Comments from one of our runners:
Just wanted to touch bases one more time and thank you again for honoring me at the race. The wall plaque award was totally unexpected and I really do feel honored. I have been around a long time and have run a bunch of miles and many races but this was a first for me. You and your team did a great job on the race. You must have really done your homework.
       -Registration and packets were handled very well.
       -Nice looking T shirts.
       -The number of sponsors was exceptional.  To get that many takes much time and effort.
       -I loved the flag ceremony and National Anthem.  that alone made this an EVENT and not just another race.
       -Supporting a Charity and having their representatives there was a nice touch.
       -Prizes and awards and finisher and packet handouts were great.
       -The timing and finisher time cards in the chute was well done and good to have.
That brings me to the course.  That is one of the toughest courses I have ever run.   While running it  we all
suffered, and we rejoiced when we finished.  As I look back on it, I think it was great.  What a challenge.  Don’t change it.
I appreciate being challenged.
 
Anyway, from this OLD guy, congratulations! You did great.   It was an event.
Again, thank you very much for the great honor you extended to me.
